Comprising a full bedroom with a queen-sized bed, modern, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with a bathtub, large segmented living room with a fold-out bed and a huge balcony complete with outdoor furniture, we trust you will love this home as much as we do.

Originally constructed in the 1960s, this apartment has been home to many family moments and memories. First inhabited by Harry’s family, back when Pangrati still had a river running nearby, the Iridanos.
After Harry’s beloved parents passing, we decided to renovate it (2008) for our twin daughters, Danae and Lydia, who made it their home for over a decade.
The 86 m2 apartment covers the whole 4th floor, with a large balcony and corner windows, making it airy and sunny, with a southwestern orientation. We installed energy-saving double-glazed windows, a modern energy-saving gas heating system, new kitchen cabinets and equipment, and a modern, security front door. We have lovingly preserved and refurbished some of its most iconic 1960 features: the original wooden parquet and mosaic floors, the balcony furniture.
Our daughters now live abroad and so we have decided to breathe new life into this beautiful space by offering it to travelers looking for a cosy home away from home.
We have named it Twin Heights after our twins and to mark its location on a Pangrati hill, between the two peaks of Lycabettus Hill and Mount Hymmetus. We have worked with great love and care to turn it
into a welcoming place for travelers.
